Essential question

How has women's lacrosse evolved since the 1900s? I chose to do my blog on the history of lacrosse because I have recently become an avid player and I would like to know more about the evolution of the sport. Lacrosse has been around for a long time, but has just recently became popular in the United States.  I am curious to know the various tactics and strategies players used and how they have changed over time. By researching different teams and players, it could potentially improve my game when playing lacrosse.
